Venue and Seating Information
A.i is a warehouse-style event space in Washington's Union Market District, at 530 Penn St NE, Washington, DC 20002. It is not a fixed-seat theater: most concerts and DJ events use standing-room general admission, with production designed around the performer, lighting, and projections.
Main-floor GA is the strongest choice for fans seeking close-up sound, crowd energy, and an immersive view of the performance. The area nearest the stage or DJ space can become crowded, so it may be less suitable for guests who want room to move. Second-floor mezzanine tables offer a more elevated, semi-private experience for groups, but sit farther from the performer; the venue identifies Prime Mezz Table 5 as a particularly well-positioned option when available.
Parking Information
A.i does not have dedicated venue parking, and the venue notes that parking is not available directly in front of the entrance. Union Market District garages and lots are practical alternatives. Many public locations in the district advertise three hours free, then about $10 per hour; rates, availability, and closing times can vary, so check posted terms before leaving a vehicle for a late-night event.
- The Mo Garage: Enter at 4th St NE and Penn St NE. This is one of the closest garage-style options to the venue.
- Union Market Surface Lot: Entrance on 6th St between Morse St NE and Neal Pl NE; a short walk from A.i.
- Union Market District valet: When available, the location at 5th St NE and Neal Place is listed at a $35 flat rate. Confirm operating hours and current pricing before arrival.
For rideshare, nearby corners such as 4th St NE and Penn St NE or 5th St NE and Neal Place NE may be easier pickup or drop-off points when event traffic is busy. Avoid relying on street parking directly in front of the venue.

Radio City Christmas Spectacular
"I loved every minute of it. She took her daughter as part of her Xmas present for 2026 and she loves everything about the experience - the Radio City Music Hall, the show, and NYC at Xmas. This was our 5th time since 2003. We try to go every other year if possible. Loved it.
If possible, I would hope that they would make them wait between scenes. Without a doubt, 5% of people do not appear to care about the time and come in late - whether it's 5 or 20 minutes. If I had to mention one negative, it's why they allow people to come in late and crawl all over you to get to their seats. Make them wait until the end of a scene before they disturb everyone else who came on time. I always try to arrive early and get an end seat."
